Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. After this period, we may not be able to process your request.
Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging with tags or labels (if any) still attached.
- A valid proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or are returned without proper packaging may not qualify for a refund.
How to Request a Return

- Your name
- Order number
- Item(s) you want to return
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
We will respond with instructions within 1–2 business days.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item, unless the return is due to a delivery error or a defective product on our part.
Refunds
All refunds are issued in cash only, since we operate exclusively through Cash on Delivery (COD). Once your returned item is received and approved, we will arrange your refund in cash. The refund process typically takes up to 5 business days after approval.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer product exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
